The food was plentiful and delicious, with everyone leaving with plenty of leftovers. Sitting with the chef provided a unique and enjoyable experience, and the sushi rolls were fresh and reasonably priced. The outdoor seating was a nice touch, and the DoorDash delivery was quick and the food arrived warm. The white sauce was particularly tasty, and the crab Rangoon was a hit. The restaurant was clean, the food was consistently fresh and hot, and the staff were professional and efficient. Despite some wait times, the flavorful dishes at New Japan Express were worth it, and I would definitely return for another meal.
