Recently went to Auntie Anne's Pretzels in the Triangle Town Square Mall. I had a gift card I wanted to use. The employee was very rude and said she couldn't take the gift card. When I asked her why, she said they don't take gift cards at that location. There were 6 of us, so they lost 6 customers that day and in the future. We will not be going back.
