Pathetic and irresponsible service. Placed an on line order 1) Kids Traditional Wings and 2) 10 Boneless wings on 06/06/21 around 8 pm, and picked the bag after payment through credit card. Realized after coming home the 1st item Kids Traditional Wings are missing.. I have called immediately and they say no Traditional wings are available on that evening and need to fix online system. They should have checked prior to handover the bag. They said the charges will be refunded to my credit card with in 2 days but never refunded. Again i have called them and Manager said it will take 5 to 8 days to refund amount. Still haven't received my refund... Don't know should I call again for $5.79 +Tax or leave it as charity..
