I would give them zero stars because they over charge you for items that they did not give you. They don't tell you info about what comes with your al la carte so you end up paying way more than you expected.
We have had this happen to us one too many times. The so called manager Tam is a liar and she will try to threaten you by saying they have cameras. So we went to see the so called "cameras" and guess what Tam lied and she did not give us items that she charged us for. Our bill was supposed to be $45 and she charged us $65. Refund my money!!!!

Let me start by saying I've been getting takeout from this location 6-8 times a month for the past 8 months of living here in Brier Creek and have had nothing but excellent service during that time. Tonight I ordered 2 entrees and a side of queso for take out and only received 1 small bag of chips for all of this. I asked for a extra bag since I got queso as well and the lady checking me out said it would be a extra $5 for a bag. If I'm ordering $30+ in food each time I come there please have the decency to throw in a few chips, especially if I get multiple meals and queso as a side. I've been very faithful to this location but tonight you have lost my business. While my $180-$240 I spend with you a month is probably very small compared to your overall business, I wonder how many others feel this way as well? There's a lot of Mexican restaurants around the area and I will be doing business elsewhere, with a company that actually values me.
