I've worked in the food service industry my whole life- taking rude comments from customers and managers alike. I would say I have thick skin and I usually chalk it up to "they are having a bad day", but Eddie is probably one of the most disrespectful people I have paid business to. Super disappointing for a local business. I understand he was probably stressed because it was a busy day, but it is no excuse, especially when someone has waited 60 minutes to support you. He wouldn't listen to me while ordering as I needed two tacos separated for people in our group who had to go. After yelling at me he still messed up the order.
Eddie should take notes and utilize a simple pen and pad of paper for ordering, as his rude comments and inability to listen will cost him customers returning.
