great place

First the lady was not wearing gloves. Kept grabbing her phone. Yuck . Not once asked how our food was. WAY over priced for french toast bread and lettuce. Never offered a refill on ice tea or sprite. Just felt like I got robbed. Once the food got dropped off that was it. Horrible dinning experience . Never going back .

Carnegies is a pub style corner eatery tucked away on the old side of town. All Redding folks find out about it when they ask : where do the local folks say is the best fresh lunch place I town! It's location is close the court house, Sheriff's dept., and two hospitals so you must find out the best time to eat there. I say about 11:30 or after 1:00pm. All the food is freshly made even the bread and soup! I love the cashew chicken sandwich and basil soup! It seems I'm always bring someone who hasn't eaten there before, just to show it off! It's the best food I've ever eaten inside and outside of town!!!!
