Cindy's is the cafe on the corner. You will be treated like family everytime. Something for everyone. Biggest Menu in town.
Saturday nights are Family Nights. Karaoke for everyone. Bring your family and have a great time.
Everything is made right there. From scratch. If she doesn't have what you want this time, you can bet by the time you come back again she will have it added!
From Biscuits and Gravy to New York Steak, Cindy's makes it all top notch. Satisfaction guaranteed

If you want GOOD HOME service this is your place...Perhaps it's not for out of towers or yuppie health freaks, but if you ever enjoyed ma's or grandmas good old fashioned cooking this is you place...WHERE EVERYONE becomes family...That is if you like the small town feel of this marvelous retreat...Where Everybody knows your name!!!
This is one place I can say, I venture out to try new diners around Reno, but Cindy's still has my heart 100%!
It is where I bring my mom, dad and other family or friends when they come in from out of town and are just in to sit and talk...
When I want some Good Shepard's Pie, Chili Dogs, home made soup (when I am under the weather), Burgers, salads, MEATLOAF, tacos or Corned Beef and Cabbage! Taco salads that put anywhere else to shame and the best corn bread EVER!!! (Besides My own secrete recipe) Where there is always leftovers to take home and still keeps money in your pocket for either a nice tip or a sweet piece of the most AWESOME PIE!!!
From breakfast til dinner time even if you are running late ( like me I usually get off about 7 or 7:30), They still don't mind taking you in last minute to always satisfy any customer needs...
If you don't like the home town feel even that memory of that one place you used to go with mom and pop as a kid to sit back on Sunday afternoons....even just for a cup of Joe to relax ...perhaps you should just go back to Starbucks and eat your scones!!!

Cooking like your Mom should have done. All-American favorites like meatloaf, chicken fried steak and other classics are dished up daily.
About 2 miles from Hwy 395 on Lemmon Dr. in Lemmon Valley, Cindy's is all about the food. No enchiladas, no stir fry, no pasta here. Mashed potatoes are the real deal, no instant here. Very casual atmosphere and reasonable prices.
Across a small side street from a 7-11. Go!

Was looking for a place to have good home cooking, found nothing of the sort. Over charged, food not what we expected, not very flavorful and meat tasted spoiled. Service very lacking, should not have child serving unless he is willing to wash hands and not serve while he was eating. Atmosphere deffinately not there, should not have office area in food area. Totally inappropriate.
