Our family loved this restaurant, visited quite frequently and told all of our friends about what a great restaurant Loco Ono WAS. The swift decline in portion size, quality and customer service is indicative of imminent failure.
Our poke bowls were missing many items, some of the items were substituted WITHOUT PERMISSION due to them "running out" of items (on a Saturday night?), and I spent the entire next day in the bathroom, after eating here, due to food poisoning.
There is no way to call the restaurant, as no one answers the phone and the answering machine is always "full". After emailing Loco Ono, a man responded, and said he would "look into the matter." No further communication has been received.
This is not an inexpensive restaurant! Give your hard earned money to a restaurant which meets a higher standard. This place no longer has ANY standards.
