I usually love Arby's! However they forgot my fries, second time in a week! They also forgot half of my kids orders! So I called Arby's. Drew and Kevin proceeded to argue with me about my fries not coming with my #13 medium meal. They failed to give receipts these days and didn't have time to run fries I paid for out to the parking lot for designated pick up area!
