My partner and I have been summering in this area for decades, with this being only our second visit to Val Du. The change in management over the years has truly transformed the atmosphere into one of warmth and hospitality. Sitting at the bar, enjoying a drink and engaging in conversation felt like a welcoming embrace. The availability of the Prime Rib Special on Fridays and Saturdays, along with the late kitchen hours, adds an inviting touch to the overall experience.
