I ordered delivery two months ago, having never paid wih my credit card over the phone before, i had decided to, since i had no cash without going to the atm. Pizza came 40 minutes after their 20 minute arrival time. My wife took the pizza and signed the reciept. Checked my bank account the next day and my charge from pompeiis was over $5 more than what my pizza had cost. Called and got a rude response. After taljing and figuring it outm we came to find out that the delivery boy had upped his tip and thats where the extra came from. They refunded our money i cash, but treated us like liars the entire time even though we had proof. Tonight we ordered puzza, bread knots and cheese bread sticks. Our food cane 1 hour and 15 minutes after we had ordered itm we were give a 40 minute time frame. I called and they said he delivery boy was lost. We live right in town. Our food was cold,npizza barely warm and cheese one the read stick was solid. Not even microwave quality warm. I called to speak to them and got a "what doyou want me to do about it?" Response, then turned over to the manager, who rudely responded with a "new bread knots is all ill do, im not refunding money" rubbery crust, cold hard cheese, piss poor customer service from the casheir and manager, forever long delivery waits.....no thank you! Shakers will be getting alot more of our service. Good job shakes for always delivering great service, hot food and friendly conversation.

This place is great, food is fantastic, good drinks. Lots of women at the bar, you cant beat it.
