Good grub

This is why Woods get my vote.

Woods has always been true to form. My grandfather put me on them in the 90's and it was my favorite spot in Flint. We lived nearby and I could ride my bike there. You could get rib tips piled up on the basket, wrapped in foil, with the best sauce, bread and fire sides. Rib tips were like 5.50 and you could eat at least twice off that.

And the food was always consistent. Fish was good too and always fresh. This was at a time when nobody else was doing it like that in the city. Places would come and go, a grill on Saginaw, or Clio rd might be there or not. Maybe somebody cooking at the car wash. Woods was open whether it was rain or snow. Same faces each time putting in work and good service.

I just think its something to be said for a business to put on like that for the North Side and for the City for so long and it should be recognized.

Pretty good ribs. Not the best I've even had, but they were good and I enjoyed them.

They never asked there telephone so I went up there big mistake. The lady rudely took my order two orders on the same ticket and never gave me the bottom half. I waited over 30 minutes for my order which another lady taking orders gave my food to someone else that looked through my food. The ribs where extremely salty my side's where full of barbeque sauce and the bottom of the bag was full of barbeque sauce. What a nighmare.
