I went to the outback in flint mi on tuesday of this week. They were pretty slow at this time because it was 330. . My experience started bad when the manager that greeted us took 10 minutes to seat us and the place was pretty empty. But ok whatever. So once seated my girlfriend and i waited no less than 10 minutes and still nobody could take the time to come at least acknowledge us. A girl that was clearing tables looked at us then turned to look at the 3 waitresses standing socializing. But even she never spoke to us so after 5 more minutes i finally said enough is enough. And we left and went to texas roadhouse just down the street where we got excellent service. To the people at outback there is alot of competition right in that area for steak your name is not gonna just carry you.kick it up a notch or get out of town. I wont be back there and neither will anybody i tell of my experience
