What a disappointment. I can't even count the times we've been there lately that they don't have donuts, or wraps or bowls because "there isn't enough staff to make them"or "the owner didn't order enough". The staff morale seems extremely low and service is definitely way less than what I would expect. If you try phone ahead to see if they have any specific donut, don't waste your time - no one answers. I've NEVER seen this poor management or service in a Tim Horton's and believe me, we've been loyal patrons for years!

This place is always dirty. Tables booths crumbs no one notices anything

Went through the drive through in Lacombe at six pm.
Ordered large ice coffee. Got an ice cap.
Ordered chili with bun with extra butter. No butter.
Ordered a turkey bacon club. Got a sandwich on almost raw bread.
Turkey and bacon. One glob of Mayo at one end.
One small leaf of what looked like spinach. Old and wilted.
No tomatoes or cheese.
Live out of town so didn't return because we were halfway home when we realized.
