During my stay in High Level during the forest fires and relief efforts in May of 2019, I encountered exceptional service at this hotel. Despite being understaffed, the team went above and beyond to address any issues promptly and professionally. From the maintenance person who tirelessly worked to resolve my TV problem to the front desk staff who upgraded me to a better suite, the level of care and dedication was truly commendable. In times of crisis, it's rare to find such genuine hospitality and efficiency, and for that, I am grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for anyone visiting the area.
