I ordered a fiesta salad through the Ritual app, and it was ready as soon as I arrived in-store, where I found plenty of communal tables to enjoy my meal. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, especially the Teriyaki Twist Bowl, and although the customer service could improve slightly, I've always had a pleasant experience dining here.
