Trinidadian restaurant in the heart of NDG, Montreal. Traditional west-indian cuisine cooked by the famous Jean's daughter, Val. Come enjoy a roti, stew chicken plate, or a quick doubles and patties to go! Quench your thirst with refreshing homemade mauby, sorrel and ginger beer (non-alchoholic), or a simple soft drink. Treat yourself to a piece of pone or sweetbread, maybe some mango ice cream too! Enjoy Caribbean delights and hospitality @jeanstrinidadfoods!

As someone from Tobago myself, I can tell you this is the most authentic trini food you can find in Canada. It tastes like it can from my grand others own kitchen!
