I love the Kung Pao at that Chinese restaurant - it always hits the spot for me. The staff there are super friendly and always call me "honey" or "my love" when I visit. One time we were really hungry and tired, so we decided to get some Chinese food even though the restaurant also served pizza. When we got there, Sandy was so kind and kept the restaurant open for us, even though it was past closing time. The food was really delicious - the hot soup was refreshing and the ribs were amazing. It's a great find in the city.

Ignorant and very rude woman running the take out. Rude to customers with no reason other than she has low self esteem and is a very unhappy person. The take out itself is in need of serious repairs nad upgrades.

Best food in Amherst!!! Hands down great pizza they aren't stingy with toppings! And the service is only rushed because the food is so amazing it's hard to keep up with the orders, they would do better with service if the store wasn't so small! Over all BEST eats in ATown!!!

OMG, The girl at the till was so rude. I have never in my life had this bad of service. The eggs rolls and the Choy main had no taste to them. Worst Chinese food I have ever had. I have had it twice in the last 2 months as everyone in Amherst says it is the best. The food did not agree with my stomach either time and I ended up in the bathroom both times I ate there and I asked for no MSG. YA ya I was told. This woman at the till I just can't get over how she treats people. and Why people of Amherst still support her business. There should be a video of her saying this is how not to treat customers.

Szeto's is the best Chinese I've ever had! Seriously. Delicious. Our whole family loves it. I live in Halifax now and we have not been able to find a Chinese food place that even comes close to this good. I'm traveling to Amherst tomorrow and I'm making a special stop at Szeto's to bring home a meal. Although the wait is some times long, (because obviously they are very busy) it is well worth the wait. See you tomorrow!!
