The atmosphere at the Hyatt on Stephen Ave is inviting, and the Alberta-inspired dishes truly impressed me. I savored the coconut leek soup and the rosemary Canadian beef tenderloin, both bursting with flavor, and finished with a divine chocolate banana caramel tart that was pure bliss. While the service was a bit slow, the friendly staff made up for it with their helpfulness, and I look forward to returning for another memorable meal.
