During my recent stay at the hotel, I found the room to be spacious and impeccably clean. However, the sofa-bed was quite uncomfortable due to protruding springs and bars, which affected my overall comfort. Despite this, the dining experience at Gravity Lounge was exceptional with delectable food and a generous birthday cake surprise that added a memorable touch to our evening. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional care and attentiveness, especially when assisting an elderly guest who experienced a fall, showcasing their commitment to guest well-being.
