The Tap offers delicious food and drinks, with friendly staff providing great service. The atmosphere is welcoming and perfect for enjoying a beer after a day in Regina.

So disappointed. Placed an order on skip and the order was delivered quickly but part of the order was incorrect. Honestly, not a big deal. I called the restaurant and the interaction I had with Adam(?) was so disappointing. Told me they were "too busy" because it was suppertime and to just request a refund through skip. Didn't even ask me what I wanted, all I really wanted was the correct order. When I interrupted and told him that he told me the best they could do was remake it and I would have to pick it up....after I had already paid for delivery and a tip for the driver. Now I'm expected to drive to the restaurant to correct the restaurants error? If I wanted to do pickup I would have done that in the first place. I've always been a huge supporter of this restaurant and was there for regular wing nights pre-covid. But now knowing that they really don't care about customer satisfaction has made me seriously rethink this. Why would I support a restaurant with such terrible, disappointing customer service? No thank you. I'll order someplace else from now on.

The pizza we ordered a couple of weeks ago was just disgusting, horrible and tasted awful. Also the Caesar salad was so expensive for what we got. I will never recommend it to my worst enemy.
