I had the pleasure of meeting Paulo and Suzanne back in '89, and I can confidently say that their classic casse-croí»te in Verdun is a must-visit for anyone. The impeccable poutine at Paul Patates is a true masterpiece - from the perfectly crunchy fries to the classic sauce and the cheese at the ideal temperature, every element is flawlessly executed. Trust me, this is poutine perfection that you simply have to experience for yourself!
