Today I swung by Zip's to grab some lunch for a friend and myself after a bit of shopping. It had been a while since my last visit, so I was curious to see if anything had changed. We both opted for double burgers and shakes - I had bacon and cheese with a chocolate mint shake, while she went for a classic double cheese with a huckleberry shake. The burgers were still as juicy and flavorful as I remembered, made with real ingredients and cooked to order, no stale heat lamps in sight. If you find yourself in Moscow and craving a delicious burger, Zip's is definitely worth a visit - it's a local gem that serves up quality food with a side of nostalgia.

Horrible service, received wrong menu items and when I went back to get half of my order replaced waited almost 20 minutes just to replace what they messed up. The worker complained to me about opening a new bag of burger patties so 20 minutes before closing and when I received my corrected order found it was intentionally made poorly and with an absurd amount of sauce. Not the quality I would expect from a management which cares about it's customers!
