I explained explicitly what My order consisted of, written down and everything, and yet they still some how perceived to mess it up, really, how can one to add something like ketchup to a sandwich when it is explained in lam en's terms NO KETCHUP ON MY SANDWICH, I DON"T LIKE KETCHUP!!!!
