I have been a frequent visitor to North Grand's restaurant, always impressed by the great service and exquisite taste of each dish. Recently, I tried Fritz's newest location at 700 N. W. Jefferson in Springfield, where the food maintained its high quality but the service left much to be desired. As a tip, I recommend placing your order at the counter upon entering to avoid any potential oversight, as I once experienced being forgotten after being told to "seat yourself." Despite the service challenges, I still appreciate the dedication of the staff in managing a high volume of customers within their limited 4-hour window of operation.

The food and staff are always great! The servers are always friendly and smiling.Service is great!

We go here often because they are across the street from the office. They are always busy but the food is reasonably priced and what you would expect from a diner.

We used to eat here quite regularly. Since it was Friday - and we wanted fish - decided to try it. Bad idea!!!! We got the catfish fillets. ANYONE who fishes knows, before you fillet a catfish ...... REMOVE THE MUD VEIN!!!! This was the worse meal we've eaten at Ritz's!!!! I don't recommend this as a place to get a great meal!!!!
