Visited East China Inn for lunch today and enjoyed their luncheon specials which include egg roll, soup, and rice with entrees. The menu offers the option to add fried rice or noodles for an additional $1-2. The service was quick and efficient, although it would have been nice to have a bit more time to relax and chat.
