Really good food!

We ate here last night after a great day at the beach. Worse place we could have chosen. It was marginally busy but that does not excuse the service. After waiting for over 20 minutes for him to come to our table he took the drink order from the table seated after us first. We asked if we could order our meals when him finally made it to our table since we had plenty of time to decide. He nodded then proceeded to only take drink and appetizers orders. Some of us ordered only water to drink which was brought to us in paper cups. When our food finally started to arrive it was brought out randomly and left at the end of the table, not by the waiter though. I asked the waiter at least 4 times for more water and eventually received it after I had finished my meal. Which was not good. I ordered the jerk chicken quesadilla that consisted of chicken inside a shell with a small serving of lettuce, sauce and sour cream in the side. No flavor and no cheese. Another person ordered a plain cheese quesadilla and received it with meat which she doesn't eat. She had to take it to the waiter since he wasn't around. She did not receive her meal until we were ready to go.
When we received our check after nearly two hours there was a 20% guarity added. We refused to pay mainly because of the service but also it was not explained to us we were going to be charged. We tip very well but expect some service. This definitely did not qualify as good service. The waiter was actually rude. The food wasn't good either. I do not recommend! If I could give a zero star I would.
