Ghetto place. Low class help. Struggling business with confusing concepts. Nobody understands what their theme is this week. Want to be owners should come to town more than once a month if they think they can stay in business long.

This place has very average Mexican food outside, but they're quite popular. Definitely not the same divine flavor from New Mexico.

I came into the (formerly infamous) Cowboy Saloon. It had the Gordon Snidow collection displayed like a museum. A total Southwestern dream.

New management has tried to rebrand this place. They've trashed costly copper for brass, they literally tossed the collection that could have paid for a legitimate remodel.

They're complete armatures, they lie about being local, and they're running one of the longest owned and most respected saloons on Rt 66 into the groud.

I give them 2 years max to survive. This clearly isn't going to work for them.

What bar food?

More importantly this new group doesn't care to hire local. They went forward with some flatlanders for a major plumbing job. They'll never get our business again.
