I first discovered Phil B's Cafe on Roosevelt Rd thanks to a friend, and I've been hooked ever since. The Veggie Omelet there is unmatched in Chesterton and Valpo - the fresh, perfectly sliced veggies and ripe avocados make it a standout. I always opt for the fruit and rye bread, and it keeps me happy and satisfied all day. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
