Marriott hotels have been my go-to choice for reliable quality and exceptional service for decades. During a recent trip to Redding, California, I encountered an unexpected challenge when our room turned out to be pet-friendly, causing issues for my wife's allergies. Thanks to the dedicated assistance of Jamie from Marriott customer service, we were promptly relocated to a pet-free hotel near I-5 with a military rate. Despite the late hour and local events causing a room shortage, everything worked out smoothly in the end, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free.
