The taco stand in Waterloo, connected to a Mexican grocery market, has quickly become my favorite destination for authentic tacos in Iowa. The carne asada and al pastor tacos were made with corn tortillas and traditional toppings, delivering a true taste of Mexico that reminded me of my favorite taquerias in Austin and Philadelphia.
