I discovered Fabiola's while traveling through Wellington, and it quickly became my favorite spot for authentic Mexican cuisine. The chicken fajitas and queso blanco were absolutely delicious, and the generous portions made every meal a fantastic value. The friendly and attentive staff created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

I ordered a Chimichanga and it was a rolled up soft tortilla mess. A chimichanga is usually fried and topped with Lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. This was topped with a weird cheese sauce and was not what I expected.

Totally the best Mexican food within 30 miles, definitely the best in wellington. the service is always awesome and the food is too!!!

The best Mexican Restaurant in town. They treat you like Family. Everyone is so friendly. Buffet is awesome with new selections everyday. Drinks from the bar are the best, not expensive at all! If you are in Wellington, Fabiola's is the place to be!
