I agree with the only other review. The food is very good but the service is TERRIBLE. Went for a Sunday breakfast a month ago and it took over an hour before I ate. Went again, this past Sunday and the wait was just as long. Even during the week i found the wait a little bit longer than it used to be. The kitchen is too small to serve a restaurant this size and I finally have given up on a place I use to enjoy. HIRE SOME HELP MESA!

This is the 1st review I've ever done for a restaurant. I have been eating here for well over 10 years going back to when it was under a different name. Over the past 2 years they have made very nice improvements in the overall look and also size here. The food is amazing and I can honestly say I have never had a bad meal. The sad thing and reason after 10 years of eating there I will no longer visit is the service. It's plain out terrible. The last 3 times I have been there I have waited well over 15mins before placing an order then another 40-50 mins before receiving my order. Each time it's always followed with an excuse and an apology from the manager. I can understand the 1st time then kinda was like Ug not again the 2d time but this 3rd time I walked out. I feel they are in major need of new friendly waitstaff period and when I mention the food to anyone who's been here it is always follower by "I know but the service sucks." It seems to me the waitstaff is not designated an area and maybe they all just float around because I'm always greeted with a confused look and no one follows up. There are 2 young kids that are great there so I shouldn't say they are all bad but I think they are both bus boys. It does make me upset to no longer want to come here because again the food is always amazing but unless the service changes I think this will continue to hurt the reputation of this cafe.
