Where do I start quality has gone down not to mention the lack of customer service, my husband ordered a cake like he has for many years and it was completely disappointing. For one was made wrong and to top it off they wrote on it with brown writing which looked like sh-t on top of my cake, looked like it was rushed and thrown together last minute. Not to forget I called and spoke to the owner Kelly about my dissatisfaction on the cake and she argued with me and called my husband a liar, wanted me to bring the sh-t cake up there instead of asking how to make it right. Then told me she argued with a older gentleman earlier that day about bread, me being a business owner myself would never argue with a customer I would see what I can do to fix the issue.
So she offered a $10.00 cake which I paid $40.00 for mine on top of rainbow cookies so total of $80.00 i spent also after a lengthy argument and she was supposed to call my husband to pick up the $10.00 cake and we have yet to hear from her that was on May 17th this company had lost my business and my family's business forever. So we have taken our business to Bella Roma where we are treated like family, I take this as a blessing in disguise because we never have to be treated like that again. Please try Bella Roma you won't be disappointed
