I found the most amazing fritanga in Miami with incredible Nicaraguan food that's packed with flavor and made without excessive salt or fat. The service is fantastic, and Aracely really stands out for her kindness, making sure everyone is treated with respect. I can't get enough of the delicious, fresh dishes, and even though the language barrier was a bit of a challenge, I'm definitely coming back with my Google translator in hand!
