El Merendero is my new favorite spot for delicious Mexican food, especially their amazing Menudo. The chilaquiles were a hit with me - the salsa, rice, and beans were all on point. Don't miss out on their pineapple empanada, it's a must-try. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience even better!
