I swung by Big Horn Saloon after grabbing some tasty grub at Panaderia Azteca Bakery, both conveniently located in the same plaza. I found it interesting that you could run a tab without settling up at the end of the day, which is a new concept for me living in a small city. The crowd was local, the vibe was welcoming, and they even had a pool table for some fun.
