Always AMAZING!!

I have been to the vault several times with nothing but terrific meals each time. I've tried the blackened Tuna, the Sirloin and the blackened chicken alfredo as entrees. Each was prepared flawlessly. However, the best item on the menu for me is the escargot appetizer. It is prepared and presented like no escargot I've ever had and it is great. Also with regard to the appetizers, be prepared to share because they are enormous. The wait staff are always pleasant and always hustling. I plan to go there at least once a week for the rest of my life.

bbq chicken natchos were huge, hot and very tasty..service had a good pace...the food was very good and presentation was awsome... the chef likes his spices... in a nice way..we live in ny and family said the vault was a great place to eat.

I really like the atmosphere!! Very good service and the BBQ nachos are the best!!! Have been there twice, once was a really long wait but we had ordered appetizers and didn't wait long for those, it was a good thing our meal didn't come right behind it because we were full from sharing the spinach and artichoke dip alone! Portion size and value is large, took home leftovers in which were packaged well.

I really like he place as I think the owners are great. INSTEAD of leaving BAD things, why do not you tell the owners so that they might be aware of the things that you do not like and can work on them some,IF one does not know it is hard to fix them isn't it.The owners are very sweet people and I think it is great to find a place like that in the County.It is nothing that fancy, but it has class and again the owners are very sweet people.Please again tell the things you do not like to them so they will know.They are great kind people and wonderful parents.I guess IF we do not speak then we do not know

I enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant which is located in an old bank in Houlton Maine. The food was quite good. (spinach artichoke dip..mmmm) We catually were served ina very timely manner. Among my fine dining experiences, I wouldnt rate it at the very top, except for the fact that it was way less expensive than any other fine dining I have experienced. Absolutely the best bang for my dollar ever!

The Vault's food wasn't awful. It was the waiting. It was as if they had forgotten we were there. It took us 2 1/2 hours to get our meals. The atmosphere is not that great. You may get seated in the "Vault" which is actually an old bank vault. It's a little strange.
