Sirs,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your Lanham location. I called ahead on the night before to inquire about time of business; I was told that the drive-through would be open at 5am. So the next day I arrived sharply at 5am (trying to get to work by 6am). Of course, when I got there, no one was there. In fact, the young lady Karla, finally came to the pick up window after ignoring me for about another 5 minutes. When she did make it over to the window she was ranting and raving about just getting into work and how she can not come in at 4:30 because she is not going to get pay for working 30 minutes extra. She told me I would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes until she was able to cook the donuts. After about 10 minutes she slapped the “day old” order together for two dozen donuts (it was obvious that these were not freshly cooked. As part of the order, I asked her to put (2) glazed donuts and (1) sprinkle in a bag. She carelessly tossed the sprinkle in the bag with the sprinkle facing downwards and haphazardly dropped the two glazed ones on top of the supposedly sprinkled one at the bottom of the bag. I drove out of the drive-through, wondering what ever happened to “good customer” service or “service with a smile”. I certainly got a raw deal—needless to say; I did not make to work on time either!
