I have fond memories of dining at Gene's in Keyser, WV, where my husband and I would visit frequently during his time working there. The retro decor, complete with a knight in armor and a charming brick hearth, creates a unique atmosphere that is a joy to experience. The menu offers a mix of classic American and Italian dishes at affordable prices, and the friendly staff adds to the overall welcoming vibe of this hidden gem along Route 220.

Amazing food!

The owner (86 yrs old) does all the cooking/prep etc and has that old world attitude about him. Fresh foods, no large mass produced truck drop offs of food. Gotta try the steaks. I give him, the food and the atmosphere a 5 Star rating

Best cheeseburger for 100 miles in any direction. Prices are phenomenal! A delicious, juicy burger served up hot with a $2.80 price tag!
