Lazy associate would not take an order over the phone on a rainy day. Invited me to use drive thru I don't drive, invited to use mobile app I don't use their app. Invited to order at the window. All I needed was to order by phone so I dont have to wait at the window on a rainy freezing day. Wasted time on the phone too bad I am not spending my money where they don't want my money. these kids need training before they pick up a business phone.
