TD Bistro provides a cozy setting and the most delectable dishes I've experienced! They also host regular cooking classes at their Baltimore establishment, now transformed into a trendy lounge and restaurant with lively music and a well-stocked bar. While it may be a bit pricey, the urban upscale ambiance and top-tier menu make it a worthwhile indulgence, perfect for a memorable second date.
