What good is a bagel place that doesn't open at 6:30 on Saturday? Web says the store opens at seven so I wait till seven still not open. They will never Be able to compete with even Dunkin' Donuts

I went to SoHo this morning since I was 10 minutes early for a hair appointment across the way. Ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. Two customers came in after me, including a girl that was obviously a Friend of the cashier. The cashier had time to chat with her friend, and both customers received their orders before me. Left without getting my bagel, after realizing I was now 7 minutes late for the hair appointment. I mean come on, how long does it take to toast a bagel and put cream cheese on it? "
