The food and service at Mike's Dogs are fantastic! The environment is really cool too. Whenever we pass through this area, we always make sure to stop by for one of the best burgers ever! The Gorilla burger with bacon is my personal favorite. The family-friendly atmosphere and delicious food keep us coming back every time we're in town.

Have never had a bad meal at Mike's since his original place on Green Street, so we've been a customer of his for years ... This isn't your typical fast food joint, so those who complain about the slow meals getting to the table, get a life and go to your local robo-burger joint so you can have your one minute questionable meat meal .... Each order at Mike's is cooked For You, so there's no burger or other food sitting under the heat lamp you find at some of the other burger places or frozen pre-cooked burgers or meals thrown into the heatwave or microwave oven ... Everything Mike makes is freshly made for Your Order, so yes, it takes some time to get your order out with all the rest of the customers wanting their meals delivered to their tables as well. Mike has the best burger in town and we will always eat here when we get a chance.

a small restaurant with just a few employees and everyone working so hard to meet customers many demands the food is soo good and the employees work so hard to satisfy the customers sometimes demanding as i have seen first hand.everything i have ever eaten there was very good. i have never had a problem giving a couple dollars for a tip because they run their butt off for it. i give them an A for their efforts.

My husband and I tried out this place tonight based upon the outstanding reviews on here. We've eaten a lot of places all around the world. I wouldn't say that these were the best burgers in town, not by a long shot. We actually make better at home when we grill out. The food and price was about average/reasonable. You only get one free refill on your drink. I had water, but was charged for a drink anyway. Didn't complain since our check was only off by a dollar. The restaurant was clean and quiet for the most part. I was neither satisfied nor dissatisfied with this visit.

Just getting back from lunch TODAY from Mike's after leaving extremely dissatisfied. My fiance and I visit here at least once a week after discovering it 2-3 months ago. While enjoying my burger (after 4 small bites), noticed a cockroach millimeters from my plate and making it's way all around the table. We didn't want to cause a scene so we quietly go get someone ( Mike's grandson we were later told) whom was extremely apologetic and nice and says he'll try to see if he can do something for us. Well, going to the counter and speaking with the only girl that works there, (didn't catch her name), she has this nonchalant attitude like it happens all the time and proceeds to tell us that we won't be getting any discounts and we still have to pay the regular price...WOW was what i said. That's seriously unacceptable so we won't be visiting here anymore AND after the way she acted, we thought, maybe we should have caused a scene then I KNOW we would have been compensated. A little pissed because Mike's does have GREAT food but after this incident and the way we were treated, ...no words

I read the comment about onion rings. Even the best will blunder every once and a while. I got a healthy order that contained many more than eight. Perhaps you should have brought it to their attention. Anyway they have perhaps the best hamburger I have ever ate. Their fries are outstanding. And the cost isn't much different than a fast food place. The only exception is that the food is ten times better and fresher. I'd recommend it to anyone. And to the disgruntled one; never base a judgment on a single visit.

Come on! $3.25 for an order of onion rings? My Daughter and I shared one order and there were 8...40 cents a ring? Caviar Rings? WAY overpriced, ($4.50 for two soft drinks). 2 Burgers, 1 order of rings, and 2 soft drinks...$16.59 + tip. GET REAL!

We will never be back!!!

Mike's has the best hamburgers, hotdogs, gyros ect... All beef hotdogs, homemade chili & slaw. All beef hotdogs and all ingredients are fresh!
