I frequently order from this restaurant on Uber Eats and the food is consistently delicious, arriving quickly and satisfying every time. The familiar atmosphere and flavorful dishes, like the brown stew chicken and jerk meal, have kept me coming back as a happy customer since the early 2000s. The oxtails are particularly outstanding, with generous portions and extra sauce that always make for a satisfying meal - it's truly the best Jamaican food in the area, served with great hospitality and cleanliness that make you feel like family.

The greens are not properly washed. There is dirt and grit in them. Poor customer service and old rice and beans. They don't care.

Bought a patty, a curry-goat dinner, and a Yummy bun, the patty was ok but somewhat on the warm side. The steamed cabbage that they put in the goat dinner teasted like the foam container, as though they warmed up the food in it and the foam melted. The curry was way too thick and had no flavor. But the worst part was the bun; I got home cut two slices because I wasn't that satisfied with the goat dinner, so I'm thinking this would make it up, I ate a peice and immediately had to spit it out because it was stale. I took the bun back to Carri Fresh and told them and they completly refused to refund me back my money or even give me an exchange, claiming that they don't refund or exchange because the item was opened. I asked how else was I supposed to know that it was stale? They still refused to make any amends to the issue. Stay away from them it at all possible. With the over-pricing that they are charging on their merchandise one would think that the customer service would be of good quality, but not so.
