11/22/2010 - A bad experience
I have been fed the commercial for the pancake sausage bites for weeks now. I finally had time to stop and wish I really didn't. I used the drive-thru on a Saturday morning and order 2 orders. It went pretty smoothly. I bit into the first one and it was cold in the middle. I try a second and it is dang near frozen in the middle. I quickly turned around and went inside. I explained my problem and asked for some new ones that are cooked properly. They take my bag, dump it on a tray and put them back in the oven. This time they were burnt and they served them to me. I will never return to this location. And I hope the manager will provide team members with proper training.
