I discovered a wonderful Chinese restaurant in Augusta that offers a variety of vegetarian-friendly options. The lunch special menu caught my eye with its wallet-friendly prices and assortment of vegetable and tofu dishes. I particularly enjoyed the tofu with hot peppers, a flavorful Hunan-style dish that was complemented by a lively black bean sauce.
