Recently tried out Best Steak House in St. Paul on a friend's suggestion, and it was a pleasant surprise! It's definitely not a fancy spot, but I'd totally recommend it for a chill meal. The family-owned joint has a cozy vibe, and the staff are super welcoming. You order at the counter and can choose from a variety of meat options for a satisfying meal.
