During our visit to NWOSU, we decided to take my son out for Easter dinner, and we were thrilled to find El Maya open when most places were closed. The food exceeded our expectations; I particularly enjoyed the Pollo con queso and the divine molcajete that came bubbling in a hot stone bowl. With delicious options, friendly service, and a casual vibe, this restaurant truly stands out for great Mexican food in a small town.
