Oh, the delicious flavors of Eminence Missouri's signature vinegar sauce drizzled over tender beef ribs always leave me craving more. Despite the distance from my home, I make sure to visit at least once a year during the annual rafting trip along the Current River. The rustic charm and mouthwatering BBQ offerings at this humble establishment with its bare dirt floor truly make it a must-visit for any BBQ enthusiast.

Dean's BBQ is incredible! I highly suggest a pork sandwich and get it loaded with cole slaw, onions and pickles! Nothing better than his BBQ and a beer after a long day on the river! I can't wait to get back out to Eminence, flot the Jacks and eat some BBQ!
